We are currently looking for a Bilingual Marketing Associate (M/F) to join our small but dynamic team. The marketing associate will be responsible for developing new engaging campaigns and tools to drive traffic, support the sales team and increase revenue.

The ideal candidate is creative, passionate and yet perfectionist, able to deliver content and material while needing little supervision. The Marketing associate will be involved in planning and executing promotional events, compelling content, and media strategies. The ideal candidate has a background and experience in marketing.

At CandorVision your role will involve:

  • Create compelling visual and written content, in both English and French, sales tools, and marketing material, both digital and print. 

  • Assist with planning, creating, and executing marketing and communications projects and campaigns, including email, mail, fax, social media, and print advertising. 

  • Analyze market trends and competitors’ methods. 

  • Maintain records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns. 

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients. 

  • Present products to clients and partners at trade shows.

  • Contribute to collaborative efforts - we are a small and dynamic team!

  • Perform clerical and administrative duties as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or relevant field preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (French and English).

  • Computer skills, including but not limited to PowerPoint and basic Excel.

  • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.

  • Capable of working effectively independently and in a team environment.

  • Familiarity with design and marketing applications such as the Adobe Creative Suite, MailChimp, Wix, WordPress, Google Analytics, etc. is a definite asset (Willingness to learn is key). 

  • Public presentation skills are a plus.

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical and beauty/cosmetic industry is a definite plus.
