We are currently seeking a strategic and dynamic Marketing Manager (M/F) to join our team. Reporting directly to the VP, Operations and Administration, the Marketing Manager will be instrumental in shaping our marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, and enhancing customer engagement.


This role is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing, a knack for creativity, and a track record of delivering results. The successful candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to evolving market trends.

At CandorVision your role will involve:

  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.

  • Devise, translate, implement, and refine comprehensive B2B and B2B2C marketing strategies to build brand awareness, acquisition and retention of retailing partners, and patient loyalty.

  • Drive the creative process and lead the marketing team to execute integrated campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.

  • Understand and represent the audiences, both patient and health professional personas, to ensure that initiatives and messaging are accurate and impactful.

  • Monitor, assess, and communicate the status and progress of all ongoing marketing campaigns and brand management initiatives to all stakeholders involved.

  • Stay abreast of industry developments and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

What kind of skill set do you need to be successful in this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field. MBA or Master's degree is an asset.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives. Experience leading a marketing team is a definite asset.

  • Results oriented individual that takes ownership of responsibilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage different projects simultaneously and work as part of a team, while able to work independently.

  • Excellent communication skills. Bilingualism EN/FR is an asset.

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere Pro is an asset.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Experience in the cosmetics, healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
