We are currently looking for a Communications & Partnerships Associate (M/F) to join our growing and dynamic team. This exciting dual role involves executing communications strategies as well as assisting in business development and strategic partnership management. The ideal candidate is creative, passionate and yet perfectionist, able to deliver high quality results while needing little supervision.

At CandorVision your role will involve:

  • Creating compelling content, including sourcing, writing, and editing information for external and internal use.

  • Supporting Marketing and Sales team with content development and planning across different channels (digital, printed, email/fax blasts, social media, etc.) in order to implement brand and awareness-raising strategies.

  • Assisting in strategic partnership management by identifying market opportunities, gaining a better understanding of partner needs, and contacting qualified leads

  • Assisting in the development and execution of marketing and communications project plans and schedules.

  • Tracking and reporting on impact of various marketing, communications and outreach campaigns using such analytical tools as Google Analytics, YouTube analytics, and other social media analyses, and adjusting activities accordingly.

  • Presenting products to clients and partners at trade shows.

  • Performing clerical and administrative duties as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, communications or related fields.

  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

  • Fluent in English and French.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organization abilities.

  • Project management knowledge is an asset.

  • Ability to show initiative and judgment.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines without compromising the quality of the outcome.

  • Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment.

  • Familiarity with a wide variety of technology platforms including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Mailchimp, web content management (Wix, WordPress), social media, and Google Analytics / AdWords.
