Already a leader in preservative-free eye treatments, we’re one of Canada’s fastest growing healthcare companies, headquartered in Montreal near the McGill Super hospital.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, full-time Customer Relations Associate (M/F), who will play an important role in our small but dynamic team, dedicated to building and improving our fast-growing business. When our customers or patients contact us, they receive personalized attention from a knowledgeable employee, not a call centre.
At CandorVision your role will involve:

Communicating with current and potential B2B customers and patients via phone and email (inbound and outbound)

Introducing our treatments to doctors and clinic staff and providing relevant information

Assisting with order processing, special projects, and supporting Customer Relations team

Occasional administrative and receptionist tasks
Requirements and Qualifications:
-
You have a minimum of 1–2 years of sales/customer service experience
-
You communicate perfectly in English and French, both written and verbal
-
You enjoy speaking over the phone and are a strong verbal communication with active listening skills

You are able to maintain a positive attitude

You have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
-
You are energetic, yet personable, open-minded and caring
-
You are strong organization skills, proactive work ethic and attention to detail

You’re a team player; collaborative, and ready to help where needed

You can multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

You are an autonomous worker

You know how to use MS Office and are open to adapt to new systems

You are committed to adaption to dynamic circumstances in an entrepreneurial environment with a positive attitude

Previous experience in the pharmaceutical/optical/health/beauty industry is an asset

Previous experience working with high-end brands or products is welcome
