At CandorVision (division of CandorPharm Inc.), we provide cutting-edge technology portfolio to health professionals across Canada. Already a leader in preservative-free eye medications, we’re one of Canada’s fastest growing healthcare companies, headquartered in Montreal near the McGill Superhospital.

We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative (M/F) to join our team, who will develop existing and win new accounts in the Greater Toronto Area. He/She would apply his/her sales and customer relations skills, as well as our sales and marketing strategies.

Your role will involve:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships through regular communication with accounts (meeting / phone / email/ video calls / etc) and understanding their needs.

  • Identifying and developing sales leads and business opportunities.

  • Providing a consistent high level of personalized customer service.

  • Visit accounts/clinics and meet in-person the relevant decision makers (doctors, clinic managers and staff).

  • Organizing presentations / best practice sharing sessions via in-person meetings or virtually.

  • Introducing our treatments to doctors and clinic staff at trade shows.

  • Assisting with planning, creation and execution of marketing campaigns and communications.

  • Maintaining accounts records in CRM by ensuring customer files are completed and updated on a regular basis.

  • Special assignments and projects as the business grows and evolves.

Must-haves:

  • You have a minimum of 1-2 years of sales/customer service experience.

  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical/optical/healthcare/beauty industry is an asset.

  • You communicate perfectly in English, both written and spoken (any 2nd language is an asset).

  • You have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • You are energetic, yet personable, open-minded and caring.

  • You have strong organizational skills, proactive work ethic and attention to detail.

  • You’re a team player; collaborative, inquisitive and ready to help where needed.

  • You can multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • You never need to be followed up with.

  • You apply MS Office easily and are open to adapt to our CRM system.

  • You’re committed to adapting to dynamic circumstances in an entrepreneurial environment with a positive attitude.

  • Previous experience working with high-end brands or products is welcome.

  • You must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (at least 20%).
