Customer Relations Associate -
Montreal

Job description

Celebrating over 10 years of patient success, CandorVision (a division of Candorpharm Inc.) has been providing treatments with cutting-edge technology to Canadian healthcare professionals to help provide dry eye relief. Already a leader in preservative-free dry eye treatments for the past 10 years, we’re one of Canada’s fastest-growing healthcare companies with a strong reputation among patients and healthcare professionals.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Relations Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our customer/patient interactions, ensuring that both our B2B clients and patients receive the exceptional service they deserve. When our customers or patients contact us, they receive personalized attention from a knowledgeable employee, not a call centre.

At CandorVision your role will involve:

  • Offer outstanding customer service by actively listening and understanding customer needs

  • Engage with current and potential customers (doctors, clinics) and patients in both English and French via phone and email (inbound and outbound)

  • Present our highest quality treatments to doctors and clinic staff, providing key information and support

  • Assist with order processing, special projects, and support the Customer Relations Team as needed

  • Address patients' concerns, complaints and questions with empathy and professionalism

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer communications in CRM

  • Occasionally assist with administrative and receptionist tasks

What You Bring:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service

  • Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal). Fluency in English is required for this position, given its nature, which involves oral and written communication with clients and patients across Canada

  • Strong communication skills, active listening, professional telephone etiquette, with the ability to clearly convey information, and empathize with patients and clinics

  • Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to team success

  • You are energetic, personable, open-minded, and caring

  • High attention to detail with an organized and proactive work ethic

  • Ability to work independently and have good problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems

  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, optical, medical, health, or beauty industries is an asset

  • Experience with high-end brands/products, and personalized hospitality services is a plus

In return, we offer:

  • Regular office hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm)

  • Hybrid mode of work (1-2 days in the office)

  • Generous group health insurance benefits

  • Join a friendly, multicultural team of reliable, cheerful individuals

  • Interesting work where no day is the same

  • Learning and self-development opportunities

  • Our office is located in the heart of Westmount, just a 10-minute walk from Vendôme metro station

We thank all candidates for submitting their resumes; however, only those to be interviewed will be contacted.
