The safety of patients, eye health professionals, our business partners, our team and their families, continues to be our top priority.
CandorVision has been implementing contingency measures to ensure continuity of supply and communications. Our entire team is working remotely, continuing operations and providing clinic and patient support during our usual business hours of Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.
CandorVision treatments continue to be available at selected optometry clinics and behind the counter at the usual major pharmacy chains. NEW: ALL our products can now be ordered by most independent pharmacies and smaller pharmacy groups via Canada’s largest wholesaler.
If you are concerned about the availability of your favourite CandorVision treatment (HYLO®, HYLO®GEL, HYLO®-DUAL, OCUNOX® Eye Ointment, CALMO® Eye Spray, CALMO® Lid Care or our NEW NACLINO™ sterile lid wipes), we recommend that you call your local optometry clinic or pharmacy in advance to inquire about possible delivery or pick-up options.
